Manchester Rehab and Health is a 5-star , 126-bed skilled nursing facility offering rehabilitative and sub-acute care for the clinically complex patient. We are nationally recognized for our first-rate reputation and for delivering outstanding post-hospital rehabilitation and long-term nursing care. We are currently seeking Full Time & Part Time positions. Purpose of Your CNA Job Position The primary purpose of your job position as a CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
