Spanish Speaking CNA/PCA/CAREGIVERS Needed in Middletown, CT

Oxford Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care for our clients in the Waterbury and surrounding areas. If you have experience in dementia and memory care and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you! This role involves assisting clients with activities of daily living, companionship, and ensuring their overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license, registered & insured vehicle Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care, senior care, or community care Experience with dementia/memory loss care preferred Knowledge of HIPAA regulations CPR certification is a plus Ability to pass state and national background checks

Responsibilities:

Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, personal hygiene) Meal preparation and assistance with soft diets Medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Transportation to appointments and errands Providing companionship and emotional support Ensuring a safe and comfortable home environment
