QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a valid CNA certificate in the state of Connecticut Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form Must successfully complete Alvita Care process to accept cases

DETAILS:

Part-time, & per diem schedule options are available 6-8-12 hour day and night shifts also available M-F availability is nice, but weekends are a plus! Memory Care, Palliative, ADL, and transfer experience are all a plus Weekly paycheck on Fridays (direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check) Ask me about Tap Check! • Sick time - up to 56 hours per year of sick time per year based on hours worked 401(k) with company match
