Seacrest Memory and Retirement Care Center is hiring dedicated PCAs and CNAs for immediate start at our facility located at 588 Ocean Avenue, West Haven. We seek mature, reliable individuals who demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for older adults. Candidates of varying experience levels who meet certification requirements are welcome to apply, including retirees, trainees, and students. Our owner-operated model provides a personalized workplace with strong leadership presence and hands-on training. Caregivers receive ongoing supervision and meaningful interactions with management that support skill development and confidence. The position is fast-paced and collaborative: you will assist residents with daily living needs, provide safe transfers and mobility support, offer conversation and emotional comfort, observe and report changes to health or mood, and coordinate with nurses and other staff to ensure each resident receives individual, respectful care. Shift offerings include 7 a.m.-3 p.m., 3 p.m.-11 p.m., and 11 p.m.-7 a.m., plus shorter availability windows like 4 p.m.-8 p.m. and 6:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. We accommodate both part-time and full-time schedules and appreciate applicants who can work weekends. Seacrest actively supports internal advancement; motivated employees are encouraged and trained to pursue roles in care and shift management and to obtain medication certification. Walk-in interviews take place Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at our facility. If you prefer, virtual interviews via FaceTime can also be arranged.
