Job Description :

As a CNA/HHA at Care With Love, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring the client's health and well-being, administering medications as required, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Responsibilities:

As a CNA/HHA at Care With Love, you will be responsible for the following: Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide mobility support, including transferring, positioning, and assisting clients with ambulation Observe, document, and report any changes in clients' health status and needs Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients Promote independence and improve clients' quality of life through compassionate, person-centered care

Requirements:

As a CNA/HHA at Care With Love, you need to have the following:

• Washington Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License "It is Mandatory "
• Previous experience in a home care or long-term care setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding nature
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings is preferred

Pay Rate :

As a CNA/HHA at Care With Love, you will get a base rate of: $(19-20) per hour (depending on the shift kind and duration)
