Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking highly skilled, experienced and compassionate skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Homecare setting. The RN/LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses ensuring that patients receive the best possible care tailored to their individual needs. Duties Perform highg quality nursing care for pediatric patients aged 0- 21 years with Ventilators, Tracheostomies, Enteral and parenteral feeding (Gtube, G/J Tubes, NG tubes, TPN ) Infusions services, and other nursing skills as required for homecare services Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Assist with patient assessments and monitor vital signs. Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, grooming, and feeding. Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Support patients with long-term care needs in a compassionate manner. Skills Proficiency in home care practices and systems is essential. A minimum of 1-2 years experience with homecare services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care.
