Responsibilities Deliver quality healthcare services in clients' homes Perform light housekeeping and assist with daily household tasks Safely transport and accompany clients to medical appointments or hospital visits Support clients with personal care needs, including hygiene and grooming Observe, monitor, and report changes in clients' health and condition Maintain accurate care records and document all services provided Assist clients with mobility, including walking and transfers Provide companionship and offer emotional and psychological support Skills Demonstrated experience working as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and proper personal hygiene practices Strong communication skills in English Solid understanding of basic nursing and healthcare practices Compassionate, patient, and client-focused demeanor Current CPR certification Valid driver's license or state-issued identification Ability to successfully pass a Level 2 background screening Active professional certification or license Minimum of one year of experience preferred; newly licensed CNAs or HHAs are encouraged to apply Male caregivers are encouraged to apply Join us in providing exceptional home & community care that enriches lives!
