About this job We are looking for dedicated and compassionate In-Home Caregivers, HHA and CNAs who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and individuals who need support at home. In this position, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent by providing personalized, non-medical care right where they feel most secure — their own home. Key Responsibilities Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene. Provide mobility support such as walking assistance, transfers, and repositioning. Prepare and serve nutritious meals ; help with feeding when needed. Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean and safe home. Offer medication reminders and monitor for changes in health or behavior. Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and emotional support. Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, or outings (as applicable). Following the established care plan and communicating with supervisors or family as necessary. Schedule Full-Time positions available Part-Time positions available Flexible scheduling Possible day, evening, and weekend shifts Pay Rate $15-$17 per hour (based on experience and shift type) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA , or similar role (preferred but not required). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift or support clients as needed. Strong communication skills with a patient, respectful, compassionate demeanor. Must pass level 2 background screening. Ideal Candidate Traits Compassionate, trustworthy, and dependable. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working with seniors, disabled individuals, and clients with chronic conditions . Provide high quality Home Care while helping others maintain dignity, comfort, and independence at home or facilities.
