Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. As a HHA, you will provide essential support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and ensuring a safe and clean environment. This role is pivotal in enhancing our clients' quality of life and providing peace of mind to their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with mobility and transfers, including the use of equipment if necessary. Perform light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, and needs to the supervising nurse. Provide companionship and emotional support. Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a recognized program. Proven experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate and patient with a strong dedication to client care. Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Why Join Ocean Care Agency?
