Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for your clients by offering personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have experience in various caregiving settings. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide medication administration as per care plans and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules. Monitor and document vital signs and changes in client health status. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet dietary needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being. Support clients with mobility needs, including the use of Hoyer lifts when necessary. Implement care plans tailored to individual client requirements, ensuring personalized support. Provide specialized care for individuals with conditions such as Alzheimer's, dementia, or developmental disabilities. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient monitoring and care. Requirements First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
