This role provides essential patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care environments. Ideal candidates will have experience working with diverse patient populations, including those with complex medical needs such as Alzheimer's, dementia, behavioral health issues, and developmental disabilities. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working in a supportive and professional environment. Interested candidates must be eligible to work in US and must have background check level 2 passed. Only candidates who satisfy these 2 conditions should apply. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Assist with medication administration following proper protocols and HIPAA guidelines Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff or supervisors promptly Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately in medical records Assist with specialized care needs including catheter care, wound care, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and behavioral health management Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Requirements Ability to pass background check level 2 Valid CNA or HHA certification required; additional experience preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques necessary for safe patient care Ability to work overnight or day shifts (night shift) reliably and consistently Experience caring for patients with Alzheimer's/dementia or behavioral health needs is a plus Strong communication skills and compassionate approach to caregiving are essential Ability to work independently while following established protocols and procedures This role is integral to providing high-quality healthcare services during overnight hours.
