Job description: Job Summary We have full-time opportunities for experienced Resident Care Specialists to help care for patients in our Assisted Living Facility. The successful candidate will be well-versed in long term care. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual. The hours are 11pm-7am. Must be available to work on weekends (EOW). You must be able to pass a Level II background screen. Duties Assist residents with all daily living activities Qualifications Previous experience in home community care, group homes, or retirement homes is preferred. Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies effectively. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members. Ability to assist residents as needed while adhering to safety protocols. Understanding of medication administration processes and adherence to prescribed guidelines. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others maintain their quality of life.
