CNA / HHA — Private Duty Home Care | Pinellas County

We're a licensed home care provider in Pinellas County connecting experienced caregivers with private-pay clients for one-on-one in-home care. This isn't a staffing agency — you work directly with your clients, build real relationships, and control your own schedule. No facility rounds, no revolving-door assignments. We're growing and actively adding new clients. Strong performers get first pick of new cases as they come in. What you'll do: Companionship and emotional support Meal preparation and light housekeeping Transportation to appointments and errands Medication reminders and monitoring Light personal assistance as needed What we're looking for: Active Florida HHA certification or CNA license (required) Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience (professional or family) Reliable transportation and valid Florida driver's license Ability to pass Level 2 background screening Minimum 20 hours/week availability Comfortable working independently in a client's home Pay and details: $17-$20/hr depending on case type and experience This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity — not an employee position You set your availability and choose the cases that fit your schedule Weekly pay Mileage reimbursement What happens after you apply: We move fast.
