Clients needs assistance with all ADL's. Long term position for a CNA, HHA, and Companions wanting to help. Must Drive. Competitive rate of pay
  • $16•18 an hour.

PAST EMPLOYMENT REFERENCES
CNA/LPN/RN LICENSE
HHA CERTIFICATE
(showing 40 hrs training at a licensed school) 
CURRENT CPR TRAINING
(MUST be from American Heart Association, American Red Cross and American Safety & Health Institute) ONLY 
HIV/AIDS TRAINING
(must be for 1 hours or more) 
ASSISTANCE WITH SELF ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICATION TRAINING
(must be for 2hrs or more) 
PHYSICAL EXAM
(physicals from chiropractors not accepted)
  • Must be dated within the last 6 months 
PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
(Must be $500,000 per occurrence, with an aggregate of $1,000,000 total) 
LEVEL II BACKGROUND SCREENING
