We are actively hiring pet-friendly experienced caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to join our growing team. Whether you have experience in home care, assisted living, independent living, nursing homes, or other healthcare settings, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Provide medication reminders Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Follow individualized care plans and document care as required Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff Qualifications Current Florida CNA license or HHA certification (required) Current CPR certification (required) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance in your name (required) CEU's Physical examination and TB screening (preferred if available) Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and work independently Dependable attendance, punctuality, and commitment to all scheduled shifts Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly pay Annual performance bonus Paid Time Off (PTO) Vision and dental insurance Ongoing training and professional development Career advancement opportunities Supportive, family-oriented team environment Meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of seniors This position requires successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
