Full Time Shift:

 Days The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth North Pinellas The role you'll contribute: Responsible for supervising, coordinating, and performing patient care delivery on assigned nursing units to meet internal standards of nursing care. This position ensures that shift activities are planned and coordinated to maintain high standards of patient care. This role acts as a clinical resource and role model, providing guidance and support to nursing personnel. In addition, this position participates in conducting performance appraisals for personnel on assigned shifts. The value you'll bring to the team: Assists the Nurse Leader or designee with updates and maintenance of unit records, reports, and forms. Assists with performance appraisals, corrective actions, and counseling. Prepares monthly schedules for the assigned unit, ensuring coverage for all cases. Utilizes time effectively and accomplishes duties within the necessary timeframe with minimal supervision. Provides required documentation for personnel files in a timely manner. Communicates courteously with internal and external customers in person or on the telephone. The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: ADN, Diploma Required Bachelor's of Science in Nursing Preferred RN

• Registered Nurse
• State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida. Required 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Surgery Required 1+ years leadership experience Preferred BCLS
