If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a real impact in your community, we want to hear from you. ★ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Role Summary CNAs provide skilled personal care and health monitoring to clients in their home environment. Working under the supervision of an administrator, CNAs follow individualized Plans of Care to support client health, dignity, and independence. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with

ADLs:

bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Monitor and document vital signs; report changes in client condition to the supervising RN Provide safe transfers and ambulation assistance using proper body mechanics Assist with light meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry per care plan Maintain accurate visit documentation and timesheets Follow all infection control, HIPAA, and agency policies Minimum Qualifications Current, valid Florida CNA certification in good standing Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start date) Must pass a Level 2 AHCA background screening Minimum 1 year of CNA experience preferred (home care or long-term care setting) ★ Home Health Aide (HHA) Role Summary HHAs provide non-medical assistance and supportive services to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their routines, independence, and quality of life. HHAs work as part of a care team under the direction of a supervising administrator. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, and dressing Help with mobility, exercises, and range-of-motion activities as directed Provide meal preparation, grocery assistance, and light housekeeping Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Observe and report any changes in client behavior or physical condition Complete required documentation accurately and on time Minimum Qualifications Current, valid Florida HHA certification in good standing Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start date) Must pass a Level 2 AHCA background screening Prior home care experience preferred; compassionate and dependable attitude required What We Offer — Both Positions Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience and certification Flexible scheduling — full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts available Supportive team environment with direct clinical oversight Opportunity for advancement within a growing, mission-driven agency How to Apply We'd love to meet you!
