Responsibilities:
Provide restorative care as outlined in care plans Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions Document treatments and incidents accurately Assist in care plan development and implementation Adhere to safety, infection control, and facility policies Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA )
Education and Experience Requirements:
Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ). Ability to communicate effectively in English. Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and perform required tasks. Team-oriented with a professional demeanor.
