Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced male or female Caregiver (CNA or PCA) to provide companionship and assist with ADLs for a male client in
Acworth Ga:
The goal is promote and support client's health and overall wellness. the ideal candidate should be patient, personable, trust worthy and dependable. The candidate should be able engage client in activities that aligns with his set goals and care plan.
SCHEDULE
Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
TIME:
9 am to 4 p.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide personal care and assistance which may include, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Assist with mobility and transfer Medication reminder only Assist with light housekeeping and laundry Assist with light meal preparation Document client's care and progress and communication effectively with healthcare team Companionship Client safety Community integration
