We partner with hospitals, long-term care facilities, and outpatient clinics to match healthcare professionals with the right opportunity based on experience, location preference, and career goals . Responsibilities Provide direct patient care based on role (RN, LPN, or CNA) Monitor patient conditions and report changes to clinical staff Administer medications and treatments as appropriate (RN/LPN) Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, mobility, and feeding (CNA) Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality care Follow infection control and safety standards Skills Strong patient care skills appropriate to role (RN, LPN, CNA) Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environments Basic clinical skills (vital signs, patient monitoring, assisting with care) Experience with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar) Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to hospital, long-term care, or clinic settings Attention to detail and accurate documentation
