Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and personal hygiene. Monitor and document ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Administer basic life support and respond to emergencies, maintaining First Aid and CPR certifications. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, including catheter care and support for patients with developmental disabilities. Engage with patients and families to offer support and education regarding care procedures and health management.
