Bonus Program Responsibilities:
Perform personal care needs of patients in accordance with the plan of care.
Assist with personal hygiene including baths, oral hygiene, shampoo and changing bed linens as often as assigned.
Provide nutritional support, feeds patients and prepares snacks as assigned.
Assist in dressing and undressing patients as assigned.
Provide respite for patient/family/caregivers when on-site, as appropriate.
Keep patient's living area clean and orderly as assigned.
Adhere to the organization's documentation and care procedures and standards of personal and professional conduct.
Attend team meetings as requested and maintains effective communication with other team members.
Perform other job-related tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
Meets the training requirements of Georgia.
Has ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given to patients.
Must Have a reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
Provides a calm manner when in a patient home.
Has empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and the impaired.
Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation.
Demonstrates tact, patience and good personal hygiene.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
