Job Description
16 year old male with Down Syndrome. Requires assistance with ADLs 3 weekday shifts M W and Fri 7a - 4p. $15/hour. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. Help patients with mobility and ambulation; assist them in and out of beds and wheelchairs. Provide basic personal care, including incontinence care and feeding assistance. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in patient rooms and common areas. Assist nursing staff with medical procedures as directed. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
