Overview Just us and be part of our growing team of skilled caregivers in our newly renovated facility! River Towne Care and Rehabilitation Center, a Pyramid Healthcare facility, is in Columbus, GA. The Center provides long-term skilled nursing care and short-term post-acute rehabilitation, including a 30-bed ventilator unit. We are committed to the overall care of our residents through our culture, vision, and core values.
Our growing benefits package includes:

Responsibilities Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNA) work under the direction and supervision of RNs and LPNs to enhance the residents' experience by providing basic nursing care. Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs), including feeding, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, grooming, and transferring all while ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of all assigned residents.
Job Duties:
Assist with restorative exercises and mobility activities. Help patients regain independence in daily living tasks. Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team. Encourage and support patients during rehabilitation efforts. Document patient care and progress accurately. Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and eating. Promote patient mobility through walking and safe transfers. Ensure proper use of assistive devices (e.g., wheelchairs, walkers). Provide emotional support and motivation to patients. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure). Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff. Assist with basic wound care and dressing changes. Provide comfort and address patient needs (e.g., adjusting bedding). Aid in feeding and meal preparation for patients. Assist in patient positioning and ensuring proper posture. Qualifications Required Minimum Education High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited program Required Minimum Experience 1 year of restorative experience Ability to enter information into an electronic health record (EHR) Basic medical terminology Required Minimum Certification(s) Active GA CNA Certification on the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry Basic Life Support (BLS) Required Skills Ability to read, write, and speak the English language. Basic computer skills to include data entry. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
