We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for the shift from 10 am to 10 pm, Monday through Saturday. This non-smoking position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various healthcare settings and demonstrate a genuine passion for caregiving. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. ( CONGESTIVE

) support for a female client Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems. Provide compassionate care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory impairments, ensuring their safety and comfort. Support patients with medication administration under supervision and ensure proper documentation in medical records. Operate patient lifting equipment such as Hoyer lifts safely and effectively to prevent injury. Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Collaborate with healthcare professionals in acute care, long-term care, assisted living, hospice, or behavioral health settings to deliver comprehensive patient service. Valid CNA certification with current licensure in the state of practice. Experience working with diverse populations including seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those requiring memory care or behavioral health support. Knowledge of medical terminology, vital signs monitoring, catheter care, and basic life support (BLS). Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, or similar platforms for accurate medical documentation. Prior experience in hospital settings such as ICU or Level I Trauma Centers is advantageous; experience in emergency medicine or post-acute care is preferred. Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength including patient transfers using Hoyer lifts or other mobility aids. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
