Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care to patients including hygiene, grooming, and assistance with daily activities. Take and record vital signs, height, and weight as necessary. Assist patients with mobility and transfers. Develop and maintain a safe environment for quality patient care.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of a nursing assistant program. Certification as a CNA preferred. CPR certification to include First Aid and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray. Minimum one year of documented experience preferred.
