Job Description

Hospice Home Health Aide (HHA)/ CNA - Full-Time Seasons Care Hospice Seasons Care Hospice is currently seeking a compassionate Hospice Home Health Aide/CNA to join our team and provide quality care to patients in the Ellijay GA.

Ellijay GA.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00
PM Pay:
$23 per hour
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance to hospice patients including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene Assist patients with mobility and daily living activities Support patients with comfort and dignity during end-of-life care Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Follow all infection control and safety procedures
Requirements:
Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare settings preferred Compassionate and patient-focused approach Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area Join our team and help provide comfort, dignity, and compassionate care to patients and their families.
Pay:
$23.00 per hour
