Summary We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Affordable Medical Resources, Inc. This role is essential in delivering personalized care and support to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while enhancing their quality of life.
Shift:
Sat-Sun 9p-12am Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team. Help with meal preparation and medication reminders. Maintain accurate medical documentation as required. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients. Support clients with mobility assistance as needed. Requirements Previous experience in home care or personal assistance preferred. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients. Ability to perform basic medical documentation accurately. Knowledge of memory care techniques is a plus.
