We're hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team and help provide in-home support to seniors and individuals across the Griffin, Jackson, and Barnesville areas. What You'll Do Provide in-home companion sitting, personal care, or respite support to clients in their homes Assist with activities of daily living based on each client's care plan Engage clients in friendly conversation, light activities, and meaningful connection Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Observe and report changes in client condition, mood, or behavior Maintain accurate visit documentation Treat every client with compassion, dignity, and respect

What We're Looking For Required:

Valid

CNA , PCA

, or HHA certification — OR willingness to complete Auxilium Domi's training program (see below) Current TB test (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation to client homes Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor Ability to follow a care plan and stay within the scope of assigned duties Strong communication skills If you do not currently have HHA certification, you may still apply. Candidates without an HHA certificate must complete Auxilium Domi's online training modules plus hands-on competency training before being placed with clients. We provide this training at no cost to you. Preferred (not required): Prior experience in home care, assisted living, hospice, or nursing facility settings Current CPR / First Aid certification (we can help you obtain this) Experience working with seniors or individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, or chronic conditions What We Offer $15.00 per hour starting pay Flexible scheduling — work hours that fit your life Assignments close to home — primarily in the Griffin, Jackson, and Barnesville areas Free training for candidates who need HHA certification (online + hands-on) Supportive team that treats every caregiver and every client like family Meaningful work — make a real difference in someone's life every day Opportunities for growth as the agency expands Important note about hours: Hours are not guaranteed. Shifts are assigned based on client needs and availability. This role is best suited for caregivers seeking flexible, part-time, or PRN (as-needed) work — not a fixed full-time schedule.
