Compassionate CNA/PCA

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our caring team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support and personalized care to individuals in various settings, including assisted living, home health, memory care, and group homes. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote independence and well-being Monitor patient health by taking vital signs, observing changes in condition, and reporting findings accurately to healthcare teams Support medication administration following proper protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal service to promote healthy eating habits Operate patient lifting equipment such as Hoyer lifts and assist with transfers to ensure safety during mobility activities Maintain cleanliness of residents' living areas by performing light cleaning duties in accordance with health standards Follow care plans diligently, documenting patient progress and updates to ensure continuity of care Skills Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or memory care needs Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures to handle urgent situations confidently Strong patient observation skills to detect changes in condition or behavior promptly Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or home & community care environments Ability to assist with complex tasks such as medication administration and vital signs monitoring Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality of patient information Physical ability for heavy lifting and assisting with mobility tasks safely and effectively Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams, residents, families, and other caregivers Join us in providing compassionate care that truly makes a difference!
