Executive Director Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced Lead CNA / Fill-In Caregiver to join our home care team. This role provides direct client care while serving as a leader and mentor to caregivers. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and willing to fill open shifts as needed to ensure continuity of care for our clients. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Care Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance. Monitor and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, and mental conditions. Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Leadership Duties Serve as a role model and resource for caregivers and CNAs. Assist with onboarding and training new caregivers. Support supervisory staff in maintaining quality care standards. Conduct occasional client and caregiver check-ins as assigned. Help ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations. Fill-In Coverage Provide coverage for call-outs, vacations, and open shifts. Travel to various client locations as needed. Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications Current CNA certification in good standing. Minimum of 4 years of caregiving and CNA experience required Prior leadership or mentoring experience is a plus. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules. Current in person CPR/First Aid certification required. Ability to pass background screening is required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely.
