Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/Caregiver to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and support to ensure the comfort, safety, and overall well-being of our clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others by delivering both physical assistance and emotional support. As a CNA/Caregiver, you will assist with personal care tasks, support activities of daily living (ADLs), and provide community-based care while maintaining each patient's dignity and respect. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting Measure, monitor, and accurately document vital signs Support patient mobility, including transfers and transportation Provide companionship, emotional support, and comfort Follow individualized care plans as directed by healthcare professionals Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols Requirements Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or relevant healthcare certification (preferred) Ability to administer medications under supervision (if required) Strong communication, interpersonal, and caregiving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Knowledge of infection control practices Current CPR/First Aid certification (required) Negative TB/PPD test results (required) Must pass a fingerprint-based background check
