Nursing Assistant Job Description Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in home care and nursing facilites. This position requires a strong understanding of patient needs and the ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities. The Nursing Assistant/Caregiver will assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety while promoting their overall well-being. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Assist patients with mobility and physical activities to enhance their independence. Support patients in hospice care settings by providing emotional support and comfort during end-of-life care. Participate in the implementation of individualized care plans for inpatient settings.
