Nursing Assistant Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in a home care setting. This role involves assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring their health, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 8am-12pm Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Help patients with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with facility policies. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times. Assist in the preparation of patients for examinations or procedures in various departments such as pediatrics, OR, or urgent care. Ensure cleanliness and safety of patient areas while adhering to infection control protocols. Experience Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial. Reliability and Passion is a must.
