Position Summary:

We are looking for dependable CNAs committed to delivering outstanding in-home care while building meaningful, trusting relationships with clients. Duties include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), providing companionship, accompanying clients to appointments, running errands, and promoting engagement in daily and community activities. Through the Care+ app, you'll have instant access to individualized care plans, documentation tools, and real-time updates—all conveniently available on your smartphone.

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver attentive, compassionate personal care and support with daily activities Assist clients with transportation, errands, and recreational outings Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment Observe, document, and promptly communicate any changes in a client's condition Follow personalized care plans and complete documentation using the Care+ app

Qualifications:

Active, valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license Experience in home care or a healthcare setting preferred Ability to pass background screening, motor vehicle record check, TB screening (within 1-2 years) Valid driver's license with current auto insurance Completion of Georgia state-required fingerprinting Current CPR and First Aid certifications (excluding NCPRF)
