CNA / Personal Support Aide

CAREGIVER JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide personal care services in accordance with an established plan of direct care in the comfort of clients' own homes. Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting Prepare meals and special diets Perform general housekeeping activities Drives clients to appointments as needed. Reports any observed or reported changes in the client's condition and/or needs to the office in a timely manner. Documents care provided and completes the forms required for the client's records. Communicates effectively with all members of the office staff. Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job. Provide compassionate companionship to patients

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Valid Georgia CNA license Valid Driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation Previous experience as a caregiver in a home care setting, assisted living, skilled nursing, or rehab facility, or hospital. Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written plan of care. Must pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.

Current First Aid and CPR Current Background Check Valid PPD/TB Test Pay:

$16.00 per hour
