Care Team Lead (Scheduling & Field Operations) Full-Time NON-Exempt | 40-50 + Hours | On-Call Required Position Overview Senior Helpers of Chatham County is hiring a Care Team Lead to supervise a team of caregivers, ensuring proper and adequate coverage of all scheduled shifts. This is a high-responsibility role requiring quick decision-making, accountability, and leadership skills. Must be trainable with a growth mindset. Key Responsibilities Scheduling Care Team Fill all open shifts and eliminate coverage gaps Enforce scheduling and attendance policies Respond to urgent scheduling needs immediately Cover shifts personally when needed Conduct field visits and monitor caregiver performance Support client relationships and address concerns Requirements Must have Current CNA Certification in the State of Georgia Must have 2 years Caregiving Experience in Private Duty Home Care Must have demonstrated leadership experience Must have strong communication skills Must have proven reliability and attendance. Must have current driver's license and good driving record. Compensation Base Pay:
