  • Part-time, Full-time, PRN Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team.
In this role, you will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including assisted living facilities, home community care, and hospitals. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient health, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for those in your care. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care and eager to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions to nursing staff. Provide support in emergency medicine situations when necessary. Assist with mobility and lifting of patients while ensuring their safety and comfort. Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient areas to promote a healthy environment. Participate in infection control measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Collaborate with healthcare teams in critical care settings such as ICU or Level II Trauma Centers. Engage in patient education and support under the guidance of nursing staff, particularly in teaching hospital environments. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Nursing Assistant training program preferred. Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is highly desirable. Experience in assisted living, home community care, or critical care settings is advantageous. Knowledge of emergency medicine practices and infectious disease care protocols is beneficial. Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility needs effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
