Job Description

Job Summary Halcyon Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable CNA or PCA caregivers to assist a client being discharged from Emory Johns Creek Hospital. This is an immediate-start opportunity with multiple shifts available over a four-day period. Candidates may apply for one shift or multiple shifts.
Location:
Suwanee, GA (near Emory Johns Creek Hospital)
Available Shifts:
Thursday:
1:00 PM-7:00 PM and/or 7:00 PM-7:00
AM Friday:
7:00 AM-7:00 PM and/or 7:00 PM-7:00
AM Saturday:
7:00 AM-7:00 PM and/or 7:00 PM-7:00
AM Sunday:
7:00 AM-1:00
PM Responsibilities:
Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Mobility and transfer assistance Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders Companionship and emotional support Observation and reporting of changes in condition Assist with mobility following knee replacement surgery Provide assistance with personal care assistance, including bathing and dressing Medication reminders Meal preparation and hydration reminders Monitor safety and help reduce fall risk Communicate any concerns or changes in condition to the care team
Qualifications:
Active CNA certification or PCA experience preferred Current CPR certification Reliable transportation Professional, compassionate, and dependable Ability to pass background screening Previous home care experience preferred
