Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate and comprehensive support to patients within our healthcare agency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient well-being, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. This position offers consistent weekday hours from 9 am to 3 pm, Sunday through Friday, providing a stable and rewarding work schedule. Duties Support patients' emotional and physical comfort by maintaining a respectful and empathetic approach at all times. Prepare patient rooms and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld. Document patient observations accurately in medical records, adhering to confidentiality policies. Experience Prior experience working as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar supportive healthcare role is preferred.
