Certified Nursing Assistant

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities. As a Nursing Assistant, you will assist patients with daily living activities, support nursing staff, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients. Hiring FT, PT and PRN Duties Assist patients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities. Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse. Help with patient mobility by lifting and transferring individuals safely. Provide support during medical procedures in both medical-surgical and emergency medicine settings. Maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks or similar systems. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the patient care area. Educate patients and their families about health management and self-care practices. Qualifications Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Experience in senior care or working within a teaching hospital is advantageous. Familiarity with medical records management and electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility as needed. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others is essential. Previous experience in clinics or hospitals is beneficial but not mandatory.
