Job Description

Join a Team Where Compassionate Care Meets Flexibility! Essence of Life Hospice is actively hiring a Home Health Aide/CNA to join its team. This position focuses on delivering hands-on patient care within the Amana service area (50+ mile radius of Amana), working a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with more time dedicated to building genuine connections with patients. Essence of Life Hospice prioritizes flexibility and values the quality of patient interactions over rushed schedules. The team environment supports caregivers who want to spend meaningful time with patients while maintaining a predictable work week.

Requirements:
1+ year of CNA experience in a supervised setting, preferably in a healthcare facility Active CNA license required Valid driver's license and motor vehicle in working condition High school diploma or equivalent Take action now.
