What You'll Do Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, mobility, toileting, and other ADLs. Support residents throughout evening routines and activities. Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members. Observe and communicate changes in resident condition. Document care and communicate important updates to nursing staff. Support both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life. What We're Looking For Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Resident Assistant, or Caregiver preferred. Interest in senior living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or long-term care. Willingness to pursue CNA certification with employer support. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance and commitment to exceptional care.
