What You'll Be Doing Fill open shifts and provide support wherever coverage is needed. Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transfers, and mobility support. Build meaningful relationships with residents while providing compassionate care and companionship. Support resident safety, comfort, and independence. Observe and communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff and leadership. Assist with daily routines, activities, and engagement opportunities. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and families. Follow individualized care plans while providing consistent, respectful care. What We're Looking For Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Resident Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Caregiver preferred. Ability to adapt quickly and confidently to changing staffing needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable attendance and professional work ethic. Compassionate approach to caring for older adults. Comfortable accepting shifts on an as-needed basis. Interest in senior living, memory care, and long-term care services.
