Full Job Description About Us:
Unity Point St. Luke's Living Center West in Cedar Rapids IA is dedicated to providing exceptional long-term care to our residents. We prioritize compassion, dignity, and respect in everything we do.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents in our long-term care facility. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and report any changes in residents' health status to the nursing staff. Ensure residents' safety and well-being at all times. Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and their families.
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
