Message me here with your resume and we can set up a phone interview! Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions to nursing staff. Provide support for patients with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's care, and dementia care. Support mobility by using Hoyer lifts and Stand Aides or other assistive devices as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care in various settings including acute care, long-term care, hospice care, and home care. Skills Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices. Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) techniques and vital sign monitoring. Familiarity with caregiving practices in home care settings. Critical thinking skills to assess patient needs effectively. Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and safety.
