Job Description
Come join our team! We are a small 28 bed facility looking for caring CNA's to care for our wonderful residents. We currently have 6a-2p position available with the oportunity to transport residents to appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Use electronic health record systems such as Point Click Care to input and retrieve patient information
Skills:
- Familiarity with sterile processing procedures
- Experience working with durable medical equipment (DME)
- Comfortable working with patients of all ages
- Understanding of behavioral health principles and interventions
