In this vital role, you will provide essential direct patient care, support clinical staff, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our patients across various care settings. Your energy, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will help improve patient outcomes and enhance their overall experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring specialized care. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort. Provide specialized care for patients with complex needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory care requirements. Use assistive devices like Hoyer lifts safely to transfer patients with mobility challenges while maintaining proper aseptic techniques. Collaborate with nursing staff Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with all safety protocols related to infection control and patient privacy. Full Time 2-10pm, every other weekend is required. Requirements Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state regulations. Prior experience working in healthcare environments is preferred. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems like PointClickCare is advantageous. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting using Hoyer lifts and assisting with patient mobility. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with caring for individuals with disabilities and experience in dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus. $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
