  • Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Specialty Nurse Team Lead!
  • Join Our Team as an OR Team Lead RN!
  • We're looking for a dynamic nurse leader to serve as the key liaison between the Operating Room, PACU, and other departments, ensuring smooth surgical operations and exceptional patient care.
In this role, you'll coordinate cases, manage schedules, and provide clinical expertise while mentoring staff and promoting a culture of safety. You'll work with diverse patient populations and collaborate closely with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to optimize efficiency and quality.   • Schedule:
  • + 1.0 FTE + 10 hour shifts + Day shift
  • Education:
  • + Possession of a current or compact state license as a registered nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa.
