Our team of Certified Nursing Assistants play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients.

The Coronary Observation Unit (Boise) is an outpatient unit that works closely with the in-patient units (3 Tele, 7E, 6E, 4S, SICU, MICU).
What You Can Expect:
Full Time Day Shift - 0.9 FTE (3, 12 hour shifts/week) Shift times are typically 0530-1800 (May be required to stay later if there are still patients on unit) Performs various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients. This is a CNA/HUC position allowing for direct patient care and unit clerk duties Creating charts, supply management, re-stocking, answering phones, with some clinical skill - able to perform EKGs, get a set of vital signs and very seldomly removing IVs Eligible to apply for scholarships to pursue Nursing Education This is a No overnight, No weekends, or Major holidays position

Education:
No Education Required Licenses/Certifications:
Current CNA Certification in the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
